We expect that some state and federal materials should be available at local public libraries soon, but do not have an exact date. The Mount Prospect Post Office will no longer have state or federal printed tax forms available.

Illinois forms and publications are available at the Illinois Department of Revenue. To receive assistance by phone, please call 800 732-8866 or 217 782-3336. Federal 2010 estimated tax vouchers and Illinois 2010 estimated tax vouchers are available online too.
Seniors 65+ can schedule an appointment for tax preparation by contacting Human Services at the Village (847-870-5680). Non-residents are eligible too - this is a shared effort between MPVH and AARP.
