The Troll King by John Vornholt

Troll king I just finished reading The Troll King, by John Vornholt. This first book of its trilogy, is about a young troll named Rollo. He lives in the land of Bonespittle and is forced to help build a bridge over the Great Chasm. I think you're wondering WHY, so I'll tell you. This sorceror named Stygius Rex, had a dream that if he builds a bridge over the Great Chasm, all the creatures in Bonespittle will love him. So join Rollo as he overcomes great odds, meets fairies, learns to fly, and defeats the evil Stygius Rex, in this first book of The Troll King trilogy!

George's Marvelous Medicine by Roald Dahl

George's George's Marvelous Medicine by Roald Dahl.  This is a great book about a boy named George, like me, who is left alone with his horrible grandmother. So when his grandmother asks for her medicine George makes up a magic potion out of stuff around his farm and gives it to her. The potion makes her grow very tall and soon his father wants him to make more, but he can't remember how. I think this would be a great book for anyone, wheather they like their grandma or not.

Peter and the Starcatchers by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson

Peter and starcatchers I listened to the audio book of Peter and the Star Catchers, by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson.  It is a great book, Black Stash was a good name for Captain Hook before Peter cut off his hand.  The person reading did a great job as well, I think it was the same person who read the Harry Potter books.  I can't wait to listen to the rest of them.

Book read and reviewed by Ted.
